The contest “Castilla y León Skills 2018” in the field of fashion technology has consisted in the creation of a dress through different tests of technical and professional competences which took place from 8th to 9th May in the School of Art and Design of Burgos. The schools of higher education “CIFP Ciudad de Béjar”, the Technical College TEMAT and the School of Art and Design of Burgos have participated in this contest.
Julián Fernández, who is a student of the Higher Level Training Cycle of Modelling and Garment, has been awarded the bronze medal, presented by Enrique Rebé, from Coquelicot Passion”.
The School of Art and Design of Burgos is pleased to congratulate his form teacher, Mª Patrocinio Azpeleta, all the contestants and winners as well as the form teachers of all the participating schools, the coordinators and the sponsoring companies: Fely Campo, Trasluz Casual Wear, Gerber Technology, Tejidos Carrá, Interesa, Hostal Vía Láctea, Surko Cafetería and La Antigua Impresiones. Thanks to their effort and professionalism, the development of this high-level contest has been possible.
